        There is a saying I have seen on Blog’s that I find helpful.

        It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the worldto notice. Give it 12 weeks. Don’t Quit….Earn It!!!

      • That’s definitely a good thing to keep in mind. It’s why I am measuring and weighing myself relatively infrequently. Always before I have gotten frustrated when I didn’t see immediate change and then I give up. I am approaching this as something that will be slow but will last a lifetime.
