Day 16: nothing to see here.

Foot sore. No exercise. Waiting for podiatrist on Thursday. Feeling kind of blah. Ate okay. (High five, self.) And that’s the news from Julie’s head, October 8 2013.

None. Resting my left foot.

Food today
Breakfast: leftovers (3/4 cups white rice, 1/3 cup lamb korma, 1/3 cup saag paneer)
Lunch: stir fry (shrimp, red bell pepper, onion, carrot, cabbage, snow peas, sriracha)
Snack: kind bar
Dinner: stir fry: shrimp, cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, onion)
