Quiet day. Enjoyed my run. Want to lift some weights. I am thinking I want to start the stronglifts 5×5 program but the overhead press will have to be modified with dumbbells. Will wait till my personal training sessions have run out, I guess.
In completely unrelated news: we rented the movie Mud this evening. It was kind of wonderful and felt a lot like mark twain. Well worth your time. Also, the closest theater showing the Robert Redford movie All Is Lost is more than 70 miles away. Fuck that noise.
C25k week 4 day 2, walking
10am: 1 cup coffee with cream
11.45: 2 eggs, 1/2 avocado, 2 slices wheat walnut toast, 1.2 oz cheddar, 1 uk sausage, 1 cup coffee (no cream)
4pm: 1 kind bar, 1 tbsp nut/seed granola
7pm: 2 chicken thighs (cooked with butter, red wine, raisins, a little cream), roasted potatoes, roasted cauliflower
10.30pm: 1 chicken thigh, roasted potatoes/cauliflower
