Day 49: keepin on

Nothing going on today. I feel ok this weekend. Fingers crossed it lasts through the week.

Fitness today
Nothing. I wanted to go for a hike but BF was hungover and we ran errands instead. 😦

Food today
9.30: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup mixed berries, 2 Tbsp nut/seed granola
12.45: 1 small tortilla, leftover vinegary cole slaw, 1/2 can tuna (16g protein) with ~1 Tbsp mayo
4.30: 1/2 can tuna with ~1 tbsp mayo, 1 small slice sourdough with ~1 tsp butter, vinegary coleslaw
9pm: roasted duck (1 leg, thigh, wing), roasted broccoli, 3 slices sourdough with thin butter
10pm: 1 cup orange juice, 1 small lime Popsicle
