Day 50: keepin on

Forgot to post this before I went to sleep last night. Nothing too exciting today.

Fitness today
Walking warmup, circuits (bodyweight squats, incline push-ups, push press with medicine ball)

Food today
1 apple with pb2
1 cup Gr yogurt with 1 cup frozen berries and 2 tbsp nut/seed granola
1 kind bar
2 small tortillas, 2 string cheese
2 small tortillas, 1 oz Monterey Jack
Leftover duck (1 breast, mostly), cracklings (~1/4 cup)
1 chicken thigh, Brussels sprouts, 2 slices sourdough with butter
