Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, 1 oz cheddar, 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, salsa, 1 slice DKB
Lunch: leftover meatloaf (spinach/lean ground pork/mushroom/bacon), 1/2 acorn squash w/ 1 Tbsp maple syrup & 1/2 tsp butter, roasted broccoli
Snack: 2 satsumas, 2 low fat string cheese
Dinner: fried pork chops (8 oz?), sauerkraut and onions, savory pancake
