Bad food day (but I did go to the gym). Didn’t post this yesterday–will explain in the post for Tuesday…

Strength training circuits, walking warmup

Food today
Snack: 1 kind bar
Breakfast: 2 slices sourdough toast, 1.5 slices bacon, 2 eggs, .75 oz cheddar
1 slice bread with butter
Grilled cheese sandwich (2 slices sourdough, jack cheese, mayo, butter), tomato soup
Baked potato with butter
Large bowl pho
