Not much going on. Went to the gym this morning and worked hard. Food choices were so so.

1 kind bar
2 eggs, 3 oz shrimp, 1 slice DKB
1/2 cup Greek yogurt with nut/seed granola
Mac and cheese
Salmon, mashed potato/celery root, roasted broccoli/cauliflower
