Taking tomorrow off from blogging for the holiday. Happy thanksgiving, everyone! If you’re feasting, no regrets. If you’re staying on-plan, no regrets. Either way, enjoy your food and maybe take a walk. 🙂
Walking warmup, strength circuits
Breakfast: 1 cup coffee with splash milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp butter, 1 oz cheddar, 1 wh wh English muffin
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich (2 slices DKB, 2 oz cheddar, onion, 2 tsp butter), 1 cup tomato soup. 2 P, 3 C, 2 F.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, curried lentils, salad (lettuce, dressing).
Snack: 1 pear
Snack: 1 donut
