Day 86: keepin on

I realized last night as I was drifting off to sleep that I never did a post yesterday. Summary: free personal training session at the gym which I used for barbell squats, deadlifts, and bench press. I have very tight hips and calves which limits my squat ROM so the trainer suggested foam rolling in addition to better/more stretching. Food wise, not good. Too many cookies PLUS ice cream. I don’t feel good about that. Measurement Day is quickly approaching and this doesn’t help.

But today is a new day and I feel good about my food choices today.


Food today
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 turkey sausage, 1 oz cheddar, 1 English muffin. (4P, 2F, 1C)
Lunch: grilled chicken, banana, peanut butter. (5P, 2F, 2C)
Snack: 2 string cheese (2P)
Snack: 1 chocolate raspberry cookie (2F, 2C)
Dinner: pork chop, stewed cabbage/apples, IPA (11P, 2F, 2C)
