Today should have been strength training day, but frankly I’m a little scared of the hordes of New Years resolutioners clogging up the gym.
And I didn’t feel like going. I felt like taking a walk instead. So I did.
Obviously skipping out on strength training is not ideal, but I’m pleased that the thing I wanted to do instead was still getting up and moving. And you know what? I really enjoyed my walk.
